Nestlé India Executive Board accepting the CRII Most Trusted Brand recognition

Confederation of Retail Industries of India has been inducted as a Quality Management Sectional Committee Member of Bureau of Indian Standards, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.

The Confederation conducts all its quality activities, from regulation to certifications, through the CRII Centre for Quality Standards Certification (CCQSC), which continuously maps and documents industry benchmarks in production, knowledge, technology and service areas at both national and global levels.

Various levels of CCQSC certifications are awarded to specific processes after quality audits of organizations and institutions that apply for such certifications. From consumer satisfaction to product/service quality levels, from e-commerce transactions to advertising/marketing communication, the CCQSC certifications provide stakeholders a regular update on how they qualify on global benchmarks.
